Fran Sholly Jazz Concert

Last night we heard Fran Sholly sing at Jazz in the Basement, a salon setting in the home of vocal coach Jesse Foster. From the moment Fran walked up on stage she projected a casual elegance. Relaxed, happy, having a good time. Her voice was right on – beautiful. Her facial expressions ranged from singing way out there to soft and sexy. And Grant Levin – he’s good. It will be interesting to watch these two progress in their careers. On Sunday nights at Rassela’s on Filmore you can find Jesse giving his new jazz singers an opportunity to perform. It’s fun. One of the most beautiful cities to live in is San Francisco. If you are thinking about buying a house. Mike is who you want to see. Who is Mike? Well, you are in for a treat. I took a couple of courses from BetterPhoto.com while I was away from my studio. It was fun. People from different parts of the United States and from other countries were in my classes. Each week we would get an assignment. We’d work on it for a week, submit it and then get an online critique from our teacher. Besides getting feedback from our teacher we learned from each other.
