Only in New York would you see a scene like this, two people going by a walking painting and not even looking! The guy is carrying a huge painting that reminds me of the work of 16th century Flemish painter Pieter Bruegel the Elder. The shape of the boy being lead in one direction is echoed in the painting. The aritist has tied his pants at the ankle. Do you suppose he carried this painting on a bicycle? If I followed the rules of a good photograph I’d probably toss this one. The car is in the way.
